Senior Youth Programmes Coordinator

Aspire in Arts helps young people move safely into adulthood, using creativity as the main tool for engagement. This role works closely with the Head of Youth, Community & Creative Programmes to expand and develop Aspire in Arts' youth offer, currently including the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, weekly youth clubs, Arts Award, and the youth music project. The postholder plans, delivers and quality assures programmes, leads and develops sessional staff and volunteers, builds relationships across schools and the wider partner network, and provides mentoring and one to one support to young people. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. The postholder works directly with young people and sessional staff, leading by example, not just coordinating from a distance.
